About Us

Wiles Computer & Networking Services is a family company run by John and Shiloh Wiles.  Both are considered experts by their peers and stive towards increasing excellence in their work every day.

John became interested in computers as a teenager and founded his first computer company, NEX SYS Computer, with a school mate when he was just 14.  In 1998 after graduating high school and while attending local college, John worked for MacNeil Enterprises.  In 1999, John became a founder and part owner of River City Online, an Internet service provider.

Currently, John holds an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from Wilkes Community College and is pursuing other industry certifications.

Shiloh entered the computer industry during college and currently works for the US Army Corps of Engineeers at W. Kerr Scott Dam & Reservoir in Wilkesboro.  When she isn't working for the government, Shiloh writes software and builds websites for Wiles Computer & Networking Services.

Shiloh graduated from Wilkes Community College in 2002 with an Associates Degree in Computer Programming and is slated to graduate from Gardner-Webb in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems.
